My name is Heather Gibson of Integrated Massage & Body Therapies, welcome to my website.
I have over 9 years of clinical experience as a remedial, deep tissue and sports massage therapist.
I am a proud member of Embody and Complementary Therapists Association, CTHA
I hold a 2 year full time diploma from the New Zealand College of Massage in Advanced Body Therapies including amongst many;
Anatomy and Physiology, Clinical Assessment and Treatment, Therapeutic & Remedial Massage, Postural and Joint R.O.M analysis, Stress Management, Communications and Ethics, Pregnancy Massage, Life Threatening Illness, Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Facilitated Stretching, Soft Tissue Release, Myofascial Release.

I am able to see you whenever you have free time. Daytime, Evening and Weekend appointments are all available. I also provide home visits for your convenience.
